Matthew James Austin (born August 30, 1990) is a American professional baseball catcher for the Arizona Sidewinders of the North American Baseball Association. He debuted in September of 2014 and won the Rookie of the Year award in 2015. Austin was chosen for the All-Star game in 2017. On July 28, Austin batted for 6 RBIs against the Boston Masons, including two home runs.
