The California Grizzlies are an American professional baseball franchise based in Los Angeles, California. They play in the North American Baseball Association, in the American League. Owned by Google and the Alphabet Corporation, they place in abc.xyz Park, known more often as The Googleplex, after the Google headquarters in Mountain View, CA. The franchise began as the San Jose Athletics, where they stayed for 41 years until relocation. They are known for their Millenial Dynasty, representing one of the longest stretches of first-place finishes in NABA history from 2002 to 2011, winning 5 championships in this time. They are also known for an incredible amount of consecutive above-.500 seasons, their last losing season being in 1996, marking the streak at 21 consecutive seasons.
